How much do I have to pay for my education?
Tuition fees are calculated from the cost of 1 credit and the number of credits selected by you for a particular academic period (semester).

Who can I get the credits information from?
From the advisor of School.

When do I have to pay my tuition?
Tuition fees are paid 10 working days prior to registering for each academic period (semester) separately.

Is it possible to pay the annual cost or for the whole period?
Payment is made only for the relevant academic period (semester). Fees for two or more academic periods, as for the entire period of study, are not allowed.

Where can I pay my tuition?
Through the acquisition system in the mobile application.
In the banks (Halyk Bank, JSC «Sberbank»)
Kaspi application, in the section Payments – Education – Payment for Higher Education – M.Narikbayev KAZGUU University

How can I apply for payment on schedule?
In the mobile application in the section Financial statements – Schedule statement.

What are the conditions for receiving payment on schedule?
– no financial indebtedness.
At least 25% of the sum of the semester must be paid to the balance of «Tuition».

Application deadline for the payment schedule
7 working days before registration.

How long is the payment schedule available?
When applying for the schedule until 31.08.2020, the total amount of the semester is divided into four months: August, September, October, November.
When applying for the schedule from 01.09.2020 to 20.09.2020 the total amount of the semester for 3 months: September, October, November.

Deadline of the monthly fee payment according to the schedule (so that access to Canvas is not blocked)
Until the 20th of each month, according to schedule.

Can I get a deferred payment?
There are no deferred charges under the University’s rules.

Do I have to pay if I leave for Academic Mobility?
Prior to departure you are obliged to pay at least 20 credits, and transfer the amount of credits via the mobile application from “My account” to Academic Mobility account. The charge will be made after the transcript is provided by the partner university. If the amount of payment is exceeded (for 20 credits), you need to pay extra. If the amount of payment exceeds the amount of the assessment, then the balance will be transferred to «My balance».

When I change my major, will the cost of one credit change?
Whilst changing the major, the cost of one credit is determined according to the Approved Register for the current academic year, regardless of the year of admission.

Dormitory

How many months do I have to pay my rent?
Payment is made for one month.

Is it necessary to pay a guarantee fee for the dormitory?
The guarantee fee is mandatory.

What will happen to my security deposit after the eviction?
After the eviction, 5,000 tenge is withheld for depreciation costs, and taking into account the retention for the dwelling until the eviction by order, the balance of the sum will be transferred to the account «My balance».
