According to Article 6 of the Register of the prices for the services of JSC “KAZGUU University”, when taking a course with a group consisting of:

• 1-10 people, the tuition fee is charged as double;
• 11 or more people, the tuition fee is charged as normal.

I hereby confirm that I am aware of the payment scheme.

I hereby agree to pay the tuition fees before the start of the classes.

I hereby acknowledge that I am informed that if I choose not to take a course, I must within 3 working days write a formal letter stating my refusal to take the course and submit it to KAZGUU CSC (room 245).

Note: if the letter of refusal to take a course is not filed within the time period provided, and in the case of an unauthorised halt in attending the course, tuition fees are not waived.
