List of required documents:
- a copy of the identity document (ID card, passport);
- photo in digital format (jpeg) with a resolution of 1200×1600 pixels;
- copy of the payment receipt.
To apply, you need to:
- fill in the appropriate fields;
- write an application (you can see a sample application by clicking on the appropriate field)
- upload the required documents by clicking on the «Upload File» button
- After filling in all the fields, please check and click «Submit».
